This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on visual communication for internal stakeholders. The role involves creating and managing visual materials to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication of complex ideas.

Role Overview and Purpose

The Coop Designer will be responsible for developing all visual materials used for internal communication. This includes transforming raw content into easily understandable visual formats, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines, and leveraging digital design tools to enhance communication effectiveness. The primary goal is to simplify complex information through strong visual design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create branded visual materials, including PowerPoint templates, infographics, posters, and reports.
• Ensure all visual designs maintain consistency with internal brand guidelines.
• Customize visuals to effectively reflect the target audience and communication objectives.
• Transform complex content into clear and engaging visual formats.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to develop compelling visual narratives.
• Manage and maintain a library of editable design assets and templates.
• Ensure that all team members have access to up-to-date design files.
• Apply proficiency in digital design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing applications.
• Propose innovative visual ideas to enhance the presentation of routine content.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years.
• Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Proficiency in digital design tools, including Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with video editing applications is preferred.
• Strong understanding of visual communication principles and brand alignment.
