Corporate IT Support Specialist

About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Corporate IT Support Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah Region. This full-time role involves providing first-level IT technical support to Nahdi users, ensuring the smooth operation and standardization of hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve Nahdi users' software and hardware issues/requests via email and system alerts, or reassign them to the appropriate IT team within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Prepare receiving forms for new hardware for Nahdi users and archive all related documents to ensure proper asset management.
• Execute tickets for new hires, which includes creating email users, installing Windows and approved applications, and granting access to the business domain, to provide IT services aligned with job profiles.
• Maintain Nahdi hardware by reviewing warranties, preparing receiving forms for vendor signatures, and communicating with contracted vendors to ensure timely maintenance.
• Manage the IT support asset inventory through monthly periodic maintenance checks, receiving new hardware devices, and preparing hardware for usage to meet business requirements.
• Maintain user software and applications, such as antivirus and Microsoft Office, by ensuring timely updates according to the monthly periodic maintenance plan to prevent conflicts and ensure compatibility with business use.
• Stay informed about new trends and technologies in the IT field.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 year of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment

This role is based entirely indoors (100%). The working schedule is 5 days a week, with 2 days off. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour break, with on-call availability required.
