E commerce Specialist

About the Role

* Moller - Maersk is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing and expanding relationships with key fulfillment customers, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing customer satisfaction within the e-commerce sector.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and various internal operations teams. This involves a focus on understanding specific business requirements, monitoring performance indicators, and driving initiatives that contribute to service level achievement and continuous improvement within e-commerce fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and gain a deep understanding of their business requirements.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure target service levels are consistently met.
• Lead and facilitate Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams including Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT, and Customer Service.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Support the onboarding and implementation processes for new customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across fulfillment operations.
• Identify and support opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Fulfillment, Warehousing, Logistics, or Account Management.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
