Role Overview

The Electrical Execution Engineer TL will play a key role in administering and supervising electrical construction activities. This position involves ensuring compliance with project specifications, coordinating various electrical services, and maintaining steady progress against established schedules. The role requires close collaboration with project management, clients, and subcontractors to achieve timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the construction or project manager to administer construction activities effectively.
• Liaise with the construction/project manager, client, and subcontractors to supervise allocated construction activities and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Develop detailed weekly programs for construction activities and prepare manpower/resource requirements to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing construction progress and site activities.
• Coordinate construction activities for various electrical services to ensure and enforce the correct sequencing.
• Conduct regular construction meetings with site staff and subcontractors to review, control, communicate, and assess activity progress.
• Ensure steady and timely progress against monthly schedules, including the measurement and certification of subcontractor invoices.
• Maintain updated and readily available information related to technical drawings, electrical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, and technical specifications.
• Ensure the submission of marked-up drawings and test reports as required.
• Implement the established Quality Assurance and EHS Plan throughout the project site.
• Check the relevance and accuracy of documentation during inter-disciplinary coordination and resolve construction-related problems swiftly and appropriately.
• Promote a favorable work culture that encourages ethical and professional practice by all employees at the project site.
• Address significant issues proactively to prevent adverse impacts on the company and clients.
• Perform any other tasks or duties as designated by the Project/Construction Manager.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of professional experience, ideally within electrical engineering, construction execution, or a related field. A foundational understanding of construction processes, project coordination, and site management principles is essential for this role.

Work Setting and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic construction environment, requiring on-site presence and active participation in project execution and coordination activities.
