About the Employer Services Specialist Role

Maximus KSA is seeking a dedicated Employer Services Specialist to join its team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on establishing and nurturing strong employer partnerships to create meaningful employment opportunities for Social Security beneficiaries.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Employer Services Specialist plays a crucial role in driving engagement initiatives that yield measurable outcomes. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who is relationship-focused and target-oriented. The specialist will be passionate about creating positive community impact while achieving partnership and placement goals for beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture partnerships with employers across diverse sectors.
Connect Social Security beneficiaries with meaningful employment opportunities.
Develop employer engagement initiatives, including internships and recruitment programs.
Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and stakeholder meetings.
Manage employer relationships, gather market insights, and identify workforce opportunities.
