About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant for FARM Rio in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time role involves achieving sales targets and providing an exceptional guest experience. The consultant will also support in-store customer and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.
• Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow-moving items for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
• Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure click and collect operations are conducted within Service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure customer data is properly captured according to marketing team requirements.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated with app offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events and activations.
• Stay informed about all brand social media activities and campaigns.
• Drive sell-throughs within the store.
• Support in-store Customer Experience (CX) initiatives.
• Provide input on store performance, identifying successful and less successful aspects.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Experience in delivering customer service.
