About the Role

Jeddah Airports is seeking a Finance Excellence Specialist to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to ensuring the continuous improvement and efficiency of financial operations and reporting within the organization. The specialist will be responsible for a range of activities aimed at enhancing financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic support across various financial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess changes in accounting and reporting standards and analyze their implications on existing financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide support for strategic planning by validating feasibility studies for potential investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive performance measurement frameworks and establish clear metrics to effectively track financial excellence initiatives.
• Support and actively drive change initiatives specifically related to achieving financial excellence.
• Evaluate current financial processes, tools, and methodologies, identifying areas for enhancement and improvement.
• Identify inefficiencies within financial processes and formulate strategic approaches to streamline operations.
• Formulate and implement process improvements designed to enhance the accuracy, timeliness, and overall efficiency of financial transactions and reporting.
• Execute other job-related responsibilities as directed by the Line Manager.
