About the Role

Ninja is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations in Jeddah. This full-time role is situated within a fast-paced logistics or supply chain environment, focusing on ensuring vehicle availability, safety, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage vehicle allocation and driver assignments, monitoring utilization, productivity, and downtime.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with workshops and service providers.
Track fuel, maintenance, and other fleet costs, supporting cost optimization efforts.
Ensure valid vehicle registrations, insurance, inspections, regulatory documents, vehicle condition, and safety compliance are maintained.
Supervise driver performance, attendance, compliance, and safety, providing support for onboarding, training, and performance improvement.
Investigate accidents, damage, traffic violations, and operational incidents, implementing corrective actions as required.
Coordinate effectively with Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and external vendors.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, generating fleet performance reports and KPIs for management.
Identify process improvements and support fleet expansion, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Fleet Operations, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Experience managing commercial vehicles, vans, trucks, or distribution fleets.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of fleet management, transportation operations, vehicle maintenance, and compliance.
Knowledge of cost control, route planning, and vendor management.
Strong reporting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
