The Role: HR Business Partner Manager

Abdul Latif Jameel is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to join its team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves acting as a strategic business partner, embedding the company's HR strategy, and providing professional HR guidance and support to internal client groups to add value to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strong alignment between HR and business strategies, addressing any potential gaps.
• Support the business in maintaining headcount and manpower costs as per the annual budget.
• Facilitate the delivery of engagement action plans and support business heads in developing quality performance documents.
• Oversee the application of HR activities related to HR Operations, Rewards, Payroll, Talent Management, and Talent Performance to foster an engaging and high-performance culture.
• Provide HR Business Partner services, addressing the needs and requests of related associates.
• Collaborate closely with functional and operational managers to ensure successful execution of HR strategies and change initiatives.
• Enhance overall business performance through the implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
• Communicate HR initiatives to build a solid learning culture across functions, promoting continuous improvement for all associates.
• Create opportunities for development through career pathing and succession plans for associates.
• Support recruitment and Saudization plans to meet government requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering or a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge in performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and training & development methodologies and techniques.
• Ability to work within defined HR policies and procedures, exercising general supervision over operational activities and general authority over daily functional operations.

This role holds a crucial strategic position in ensuring the alignment between business and HR strategies. The HR Business Partner Manager will play a significant supporting role in meeting Saudization plans across respective Business Units and has a strategic responsibility for developing and monitoring the team, including succession planning within the department. The position directly contributes to addressing associates’ HR requests and needs effectively.
