About the NesTalent Program

Nestlé Saudi Arabia is seeking a NesTalent Trainee - Commercial Development to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is part of NesTalent, a fast-track development program within Nestlé Middle East and North Africa (MENA), designed to cultivate future leaders. The Commercial Development Trainee Role

As a Commercial Development Graduate Trainee, you will undertake an immersive journey into Nestlé's product categories. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to various marketing-focused streams and enhance your existing skillset. The role involves contributing to category growth, understanding shopper behavior, and developing consumer insights.

Program Structure and Offerings

This role is a permanent position as a Nestlé employee, commencing with a 24-month program that includes several rotations across different teams. Participants will have access to Nestlé’s comprehensive training program, designed to enhance both soft and hard skills. The program offers engaging responsibilities aimed at developing knowledge and expertise in Commercial Development and Nestlé's core business. Mentoring opportunities with senior leaders are provided to facilitate career development. The compensation includes an attractive package, with flexible working hours and hybrid/remote working options available. Upon completion of the program, assignments are based on business needs and available opportunities. Candidate Requirements

We are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-functional environment, interacting with team members and business partners.

• Curious, enthusiastic, and fast learners with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates with 0-1 years of work experience and a strong interest in the intersection of marketing and sales.
