Odoo Functional Consultant & Presales

About the Role

OdooTec is seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant & Presales to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves analyzing business requirements, designing Odoo-based ERP solutions, and supporting the sales team throughout the presales cycle. The consultant will act as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure successful ERP implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.
• Design end-to-end Odoo ERP solutions based on client needs.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
• Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and user training sessions.
• Support the full project lifecycle: analysis, implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Support the sales team in client meetings and requirement discovery.
• Prepare and deliver Odoo product demonstrations.
• Develop functional proposals, solution designs, and scope documents.
• Assist in preparing project effort estimations and timelines.
• Respond to RFPs and client technical/functional queries.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4–7+ years of experience in Odoo Functional Consulting.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Sales.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to confidently handle presales and client-facing activities.
