Business Professional Services is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee property operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, mid-career position is focused on ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient property management across our portfolio.

The Role of Property Manager

The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, acting as the primary point of contact for tenants and coordinating various operational aspects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to maintain smooth property functions, foster positive tenant relationships, and support overall operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with tenants regarding payments, renewals, requests, and complaints.
• Coordinate rent collection processes and regularly update payment statuses.
• Prepare, organize, and follow up on tenancy contracts and their renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Maintain comprehensive property files, tenant records, contracts, invoices, and related documentation.
• Prepare basic reports on occupancy rates, collections, maintenance activities, pending issues, and tenant follow-ups.
• Support management initiatives aimed at improving property operations and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
• Follow up on all pending tasks until completion and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of previous experience in real estate, property management, leasing, or property coordination.
• Demonstrated experience in tenant follow-up, rent collection, contract management, renewals, maintenance coordination, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• For candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia, a valid and transferable Iqama is required.

Work Environment and Compensation

This full-time position is based in Jeddah. The salary range for this role is SAR 3,750 - SAR 5,625 per month.
