About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Purchasing Officer to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves managing daily procurement activities and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather daily location requirements for procurement.
• Utilize qualified suppliers for all procurement needs.
• Select high-quality materials at the most competitive prices available in the market.
• Obtain proper VAT invoices in accordance with Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. policy.
• Report daily to the direct manager on all purchased items.
• Follow up on product provision and ordering in warehouses, ensuring re-order points are met.
• Operate a company vehicle and be responsible for its maintenance and cleanliness.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role. A strong understanding of market pricing and supplier management is essential for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role involves daily interaction with internal teams and external suppliers, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
