About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Real Estate Network Development Excellence Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing strategic studies and analyses that inform critical business decisions and enhance operational efficiency within the network development function.

Role Purpose and Strategic Impact

The Real Estate Network Development Excellence Manager is responsible for conducting periodic studies and analyses covering competition, geographical distribution, demographics, economic factors, and company location performance. This includes leveraging loyalty and customer analytics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. The role also involves managing and monitoring departmental and cross-departmental processes to drive operational efficiency and building essential business relationships with governmental authorities and third-party partners to support the Network Development Strategy and acquire crucial market information.

Key Responsibilities - Network Strategy and Analysis

• Manage, design, communicate, and monitor all departmental and cross-departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core business processes within the Network Development Department.
• Conduct periodic geographical and demographical studies, and formulate strategies for all penetrated regions, including KSA and UAE, to support decision-making and the overall Network Strategy.
• Manage and develop studies for company locations by analyzing sales performance, customer loyalty analytics, and GIS modeling to provide recommendations for improvement, including relocation or optimization.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the company's location database, such as Population Reach, through the issuance of periodic reports to assess the status of Nahdi's network coverage.
• Support the operations of the Network Development Department functions through collaborative data management, report formulation, and location-related studies and strategies to facilitate decision-making.

Key Responsibilities - Stakeholder Engagement and Financial Feasibility

• Manage all Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) related activities with relevant stakeholders, including developing new store performance models and communicating deliverables to support the S&OP process.
• Manage committee requirements by preparing and collecting data from relevant stakeholders to facilitate the decision-making process within the committee.
• Prepare and manage financial feasibility studies in collaboration with the operations and finance departments for all location types (new locations, refreshments, renewals, and expansions) prior to presentation, ensuring the financial aspect of decision-making is thoroughly addressed.
• Build strong relationships with various governmental entities to acquire population census updates for different areas, governorates, cities, and districts across KSA, identifying new projects that may influence Nahdi's expansion plans.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with third-party entities to acquire essential market data and information that supports studies conducted within Network Development, such as market and competition data.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in network development, real estate analysis, or a related strategic planning function.
