About the Role

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves leading a team of Medical Representatives and managing the business performance for CRM (Cardio Renal Metabolic) within the assigned territory. The Regional Sales Manager will ensure that promotional activities foster appropriate use and adhere to local regulatory and pharmaceutical code regulations, reporting directly to the National Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and market share for CRM products.
Map customers and maintain updated customer segmentation.
Implement the integrated Customer Engagement Strategy.
Gather insights, identify opportunities, and ensure sustainable performance growth.
Monitor product accessibility within the territory and ensure timely execution of enlisting plans.
Report on business performance, market intelligence, brand plan execution, distribution efficiency, and target sectors.
Proactively manage opportunities and potential risks to minimize downsides and maximize upsides from revenue targets.
Optimize customer engagement and brand positioning in alignment with cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and institutions to enhance brand understanding and customer satisfaction.
Lead and support team members in performance and development.
Achieve optimal sales force size, structure, and geographical deployment to meet sales objectives.
Coach, inspire, develop, and manage the team to achieve high performance.
Manage talent and succession planning within the team.
Ensure effective implementation and adherence of the team to Company Values, Code of Conduct, and expected behaviors.

Required Experience and Skills

2-5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to recruit, build, and lead diverse, high-performing, cohesive teams by empowering decision-making and ownership.
Demonstrated high ethical standards and ability to establish a culture focused on results and embracing change.
Capacity to instill a growth mindset, coach, and provide/receive feedback to deliver exceptional customer value.
