Sales Manager (Earthmoving)

About the Role

CDHorizon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Manager (Earthmoving) to develop and expand the earthmoving and construction equipment rental business. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving sales growth through new opportunities and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the rental business for earthmoving and construction equipment.
• Identify new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Promote equipment rental solutions to contractors and project clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Conduct customer visits to identify new project opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
• Support rental contract preparation and ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor market trends and analyze competitor business activities.
• Coordinate with internal Operations teams to ensure equipment availability and smooth operations.
• Work with the Finance department to ensure timely collection of rental payments.
• Prepare sales forecasts and customer activity reports regularly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, specifically within the earthmoving and construction equipment rental sector.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Demonstrated capability in preparing quotations and negotiating commercial terms.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of the earthmoving and construction equipment market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Analytical skills for monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
