About the Salesperson Role at Nice One

Nice One is seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team in Jeddah. This role involves engaging directly with customers, understanding their specific needs, and presenting suitable products or services. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing professional support throughout the sales process within a fast-paced retail or commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs, answer questions, and ensure a professional and positive sales experience.
• Clearly and accurately explain product or service features, benefits, prices, promotions, warranties, and available options.
• Recommend suitable products or services, identify selling opportunities, and convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
• Meet or exceed assigned individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, conversion rates, and customer service performance standards.
• Understand customer preferences and budgets to provide solutions that match their requirements.
• Process orders, invoices, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges accurately through approved systems.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers, respond to inquiries, and support customer retention efforts.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally, managing expectations and escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Check stock levels, confirm product availability, communicate delivery times, and coordinate with inventory or operations teams.
• Maintain organized product displays, accurate price labels, promotional materials, and a clean sales area.
• Stay current with product and service knowledge, competitor offerings, promotions, pricing, and relevant market trends.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, orders, and transaction details in approved systems.
• Provide accurate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, product demand, and stock concerns.
• Work closely with various internal teams including Sales, Customer Service, Inventory, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Adhere to company sales procedures, pricing policies, payment controls, customer privacy requirements, and safety standards.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures, product replenishment, and inventory checks to ensure sales readiness.
