About the Security Guard Role at Al Tuwairqi Group

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is essential for maintaining a secure environment across company premises and ensuring the safety of all personnel and assets.

Purpose of the Role

The Security Guard is responsible for implementing and enforcing security protocols, controlling access to facilities, and actively monitoring premises. This role plays a critical part in preventing unauthorized entry, responding to security incidents, and safeguarding company property against theft, vandalism, and other threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and monitor all entry and exit points for employees, contractors, visitors, and vehicles.
• Verify identification cards, gate passes, delivery documents, and vehicle authorizations before granting access.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, warehouses, production areas, parking lots, and perimeter fences.
• Protect company assets and prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, contractors, vehicles, and security incidents.
• Issue visitor passes and ensure compliance with company access control procedures.
• Operate gates and barriers only after completing all required security verifications.
• Direct and manage vehicle traffic to ensure safe and efficient movement within the facility.
• Report all security incidents, safety hazards, accidents, fires, emergencies, or suspicious activities to the Security Supervisor immediately.
• Safeguard lost and found items by recording and handing them over according to company procedures.
• Support emergency response activities, including evacuation, fire incidents, and first aid coordination when required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Security Guard position should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in a security-related field. A foundational understanding of security principles and operational procedures is essential for effective performance in this role.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure strict compliance with company Security, Health, Safety & Environment (HSSE) policies and procedures.
• Report damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), security equipment, or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Attend all mandatory security and safety training programs as required to maintain proficiency and awareness.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Security Officer to support overall security operations and objectives.
