Luxury Collection is seeking a Spa Receptionist (Female Saudi) to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves supporting various vital Spa functions and ensuring a memorable guest experience through professional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting Spa services and retail products.
• Scheduling reservations and confirming appointments for guests.
• Providing detailed information and answers regarding available Spa services.
• Checking in guests efficiently and professionally.
• Processing payments accurately and smoothly.

Associates are expected to maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, and uphold quality standards. Professional appearance and communication are essential, including maintaining a professional uniform.

The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Tasks include managing reservation software, which requires reading and visual verification of information. Physical demands also include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to deliver a wide range of services to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in managing reservation software.
