Spa Receptionist

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role is essential for supporting various Spa functions and ensuring guests receive memorable experiences through high-quality Spa services. The Spa Receptionist will proactively deliver a range of services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule and confirm reservations and appointments accurately.
• Provide comprehensive information and answers regarding Spa services.
• Efficiently check in guests upon arrival.
• Process payments, ensuring seamless transactions for guests.

Operational Duties

• Maintain a safe workplace environment for all.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Consistently uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Manage reservation software, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces safely.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent is required.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required for this position.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None required.
