This full-time position is located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Role Purpose

The Stock Room Operative is responsible for supporting efficient stock management operations and ensuring the accuracy of inventory. This role requires adherence to established policies and procedures to maintain controlled and consistent stock count processes within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all relevant Stock Count policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Implement assigned activities under close supervision.
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure efficient and timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure that each individual item is accurately scanned.
• Highlight all issues of concern to the Supervisor during the count that may impact the accuracy of the stock count result.
• Cooperate with others to complete the Stock Count Scanning process.
• Ensure an accurate check and recheck of items scanned.
• Verify the collection of scanners, cradles, and all other accessories, and count them before leaving the store premises.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Stockroom Operative in a retail setting, with a preference for experience in the fashion industry.
