About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Manager for Prada Beauty at Westfield Mall. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is responsible for leading the store's operations and business performance within the luxury beauty sector.

Role Overview

The Store Manager drives the overall business performance of the Prada Beauty store. This includes working towards achieving established sales targets and building a base of loyal VIP customers through effective recruitment and retention strategies. The role also encompasses managing the store team and ensuring full adherence to Prada Beauty's brand guidelines and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the overall business performance of the store.
Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers and other team members.
Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Manage the customer database to build strong relationships with customers and create future potential selling opportunities.
Provide effective team leadership and foster development within the team.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Store Manager position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty or luxury goods sector. This experience should demonstrate a proven track record in driving sales, managing teams, and maintaining brand standards.
