Role Overview

Key Responsibilities and Learning Areas

• Assist in gathering data and preparing materials for member segmentation and the development of member-focused roadmaps.
• Support proactive outreach efforts to prospective members and contribute to strategies for building and retaining strong member relationships.
• Help streamline the enrollment process for new members into health lounges, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of on-ground activities and events to effectively promote health lounges and their offerings.
• Assist in crafting and distributing compelling communication messages to captivate and inform potential members, driving interest and participation.
• Provide support in project management tasks, including coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring timelines, and assisting with proposal preparation.
