Waiter/Waitress (Saudi National Only)

About the Role

Park Hyatt Jeddah is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals and focuses on delivering exceptional personalized service to guests. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high operational standards within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to guests at all times.
• Perform established opening and closing procedures for the assigned Place of Work.
• Monitor operating supplies to reduce spoilage and wastage.
• Handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products.
• Recommend Food & Beverage combinations and engage in upselling and cross-selling.

Operational Duties

• Report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if an immediate solution is not found, ensuring follow-up with guests.
• Maintain awareness of hotel activities and ensure proper handover of pending points for the next shift's follow-up and action.
• Provide full support to Supervisors and the team.
• Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times.
• Foster a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues and all other departments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Citizenship: Saudi National Only.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this role (0-1 years).
