About Alwedad Charity

Alwedad Charity is dedicated to the care of orphans. We are seeking a Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Makkah and Jeddah. This is a full-time position for a professional with 2-5 years of experience in public relations.

Role Summary

The Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for executing public relations activities and enhancing communication with the public and stakeholders. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships, preparing official communications, and contributing to the charity's media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Implement public relations activities and strengthen communication with the public and stakeholders.
Build and update databases of entities, individuals, and stakeholders.
Prepare and follow up on official and communicative letters and correspondences.
Coordinate visits and hospitality, prepare their programs, and arrange their requirements.
Search for opportunities for the charity to participate in exhibitions and conferences, and prepare necessary proposals.
Contribute to the organization and execution of internal and external events and occasions.
Prepare news and media reports, and contribute to enhancing the charity's media presence.
Contribute to the preparation of digital content for the charity's accounts and communication campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations.
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in public relations and institutional communication.
Previous experience in the non-profit sector is preferred.
