Join GSK as a Warehouse Storekeeper in Jeddah!
As a member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in managing warehouse activities and ensuring the efficient handling of materials. This position requires a dedicated and organized individual to maintain optimal inventory levels, adhere to quality protocols, and ensure timely deliveries to our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control receiving activity of materials, ensuring they match purchase orders and packing lists.
• Store items according to approved locations and quality assurance standards.
• Issue materials to production according to work orders and material requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records during all stock transactions.
• Report discrepancies in incoming or outgoing materials.
• Implement GMP and safety requirements consistently.
• Utilize forklifts and RF devices for stock movement efficiently.
• Coordinate with quality control for material sampling activities.

Accountability:

• Ensure accurate stock entries and on-time delivery to production.
• Strict adherence to SOP, GMP, and safety protocols.
• Assist in risk mitigation planning and monitor its implementation.

Requirements:

• College education in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of GMP and material safety data sheets.
• Training/license in manual handling and forklift operation.
• Proficient in computer skills and use of systems like SAP.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
