Join Americana Foods as a Warehouse Manager!
As one of the largest FMCG companies in the Middle East and North Africa, Americana Foods is dedicated to operational excellence and the continuous improvement of our services. We are seeking a talented Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management:
- Oversee inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs related to safety, food hygiene, storage, and handling.
- Manage space utilization, slotting strategies, and layout optimization.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN/5S/Kaizen).
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and annual stock counts.
- Investigate and resolve stock variances.
- Monitor expiry, damages, and returns processes.
- Ensure optimal inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
Team Leadership & Development:
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and staff.
- Plan manpower needs based on demand and seasonal fluctuations.
- Ensure high team morale, discipline, and performance management.
Budgeting & Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the annual warehouse operating budget.
- Track and control costs related to labor, warehouse rent, utilities, and services.
- Analyze monthly financial performance vs. budget.
- Prepare cost-saving initiatives and ROI analyses.
Systems & Reporting:
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.
- Ensure seamless coordination with finance, supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with 3PLs, leasing companies, and service providers.
- Negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs) and evaluate performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
Minimum 6–10 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and data analytics.
Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Certifications (optional but valuable): LEAN, Six Sigma, APICS, CILT.

غرض الوظيفة
مسؤول عن الإشراف على عمليات التخزين واللوجستيات والنقل عبر فروع ومستودعات متعددة في المملكة العربية السعودية. يضمن عمليات تشغيلية فعالة وآمنة وسلسة، بما في ذلك إدارة المخزون، وتلبية الطلبات، وجدولة النقل. يدير الأطراف المعنية الداخلية والخارجية لتلبية أهداف توزيع الشركة وعملياتها بشكل فعال.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

عمليات التخزين
- إدارة العمليات عبر جميع المواقع والفروع، وضمان استقبال وتخزين واختيار وتعبئة وشحن فعال.
- مراقبة أنشطة موظفي المستودع، وضمان الالتزام بإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) لتحقيق الإنتاجية والسلامة المثلى.
- إجراء فحوصات منتظمة للحفاظ على بيئات المستودع منظمة وآمنة، وزيادة استخدام المساحة، وتقليل تلف المنتجات.
إدارة المخزون
- ضمان التحكم الدقيق في المخزون من خلال جولات العد، والتدقيق، وتعديلات المخزون لتقليل الفروقات.
- التعاون مع المشتريات للحفاظ على مستويات المخزون المثلى، وضمان توفر المنتجات للتوزيع.
- معالجة مشكلات المخزون في الوقت الحقيقي لمنع التأخيرات أو النقص.
تلبية الطلبات والشحن
- الإشراف على عمليات الاختيار والتعبئة والشحن لضمان تلبية الطلبات في الوقت المناسب وبشكل دقيق.
- التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات وخدمة العملاء لإعطاء الأولوية للطلبات وحل أي مشكلات بسرعة.
- تنفيذ تتبع ومراقبة في الوقت الحقيقي لإبقاء العملاء والأطراف المعنية الداخلية على اطلاع بجداول التسليم.
إدارة النقل والأسطول
- تخطيط وتنفيذ جداول النقل، وتحسين المسارات واستخدام الأسطول لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب عبر جميع المواقع.
- إدارة حالة الأسطول والصيانة، وضمان أن تكون المركبات آمنة ومتاحة ومتوافقة مع الأنظمة.
- مراقبة أداء فريق النقل ومقدمي الخدمات، ومعالجة المشكلات التشغيلية وضمان الامتثال للسلامة.
تنسيق الأطراف المعنية
- الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين ومقدمي الخدمات لضمان التواصل السلس والتوافق.
- أن تكون جهة الاتصال الرئيسية لمشكلات اللوجستيات والتخزين، وحل التحديات بكفاءة.
- التواصل مع مديري الفروع والأقسام الأخرى لدعم المتطلبات اللوجستية.
التقارير التشغيلية، واستخدام النظام، والتحسين
- ضمان إدخال البيانات الدقيقة والتحديثات ضمن SAP للحفاظ على مستويات المخزون الحالية، وحالة الطلب، ومعلومات الشحن.
- إنشاء وتحليل تقارير SAP لمراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والقياسات التشغيلية.
- تحديد تحسينات عملية ونظام عملية لزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل التكاليف.
- الإشراف على واستخدام وحدات SAP (WM، MM، TM) لتبسيط عمليات التخزين واللوجستيات والنقل.
- تحسين سير العمل داخل SAP لتعزيز التحكم في المخزون، ومعالجة الطلبات، وتتبع الشحنات.

ما نبحث عنه
درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة الإمداد أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل). 8-10 سنوات من الخبرة في التخزين أو اللوجستيات أو التوزيع. على الأقل 3 سنوات في دور إشرافي أو إداري. يجب أن يكون متقدمًا في كل من الإنجليزية والعربية، مع مهارات كتابية وشفوية ممتازة.
