About the Role

Anan Golden Real Estate is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to join their team in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves planning and overseeing the execution of all marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance the company's brand, highlight real estate projects, attract potential buyers and investors, and support the sales team in achieving set objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies for real estate projects in alignment with company goals.
Monitor digital and traditional marketing and advertising campaigns, and measure their effectiveness.
Supervise the creation of marketing and promotional content for real estate projects and units, ensuring accuracy of information and quality of published materials.
Coordinate with sales and investor relations departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts and build client and investor trust.
Analyze the real estate market, monitor competitors, identify marketing opportunities, and provide appropriate recommendations.
Track marketing campaign performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and submit periodic reports to management.
Oversee the management of the company's social media accounts, website, and advertising platforms.
Monitor marketing budgets, ensure optimal resource utilization, and achieve the best return on advertising campaigns.
Supervise the execution of designs, advertising materials, media coverage, and photography for real estate projects.
Monitor the marketing team's performance, distribute tasks, oversee execution quality, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Coordinate with external parties, suppliers, and marketing/advertising agencies to ensure work is executed according to approved standards.
Monitor updates to marketing data and information for real estate projects, ensuring alignment with current developments.
Develop marketing initiatives that increase demand for projects, enhance sales opportunities, and achieve targets.
Adhere to the corporate identity, policies, and approved procedures in all marketing activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience in real estate marketing.
Proficiency in marketing planning, advertising campaign management, and results analysis.
Ability to lead a team, organize tasks, and monitor execution.
Skilled in preparing reports and analyzing marketing performance indicators.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with various departments.
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and paid advertising.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals and analytics, including Google Analytics.
