The Role: Driving Instructor (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Driving Instructor (Poultry) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role is crucial for upholding high safety standards by ensuring accident-free defensive driving practices among all users of company vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The instructor will achieve this through comprehensive staff selection, induction, assessment, training, and ongoing development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trade tests for new employees as an integral part of the selection process.
• Control the induction of all new drivers and MHE operators, ensuring effective completion prior to authorization for driving poultry vehicles.
• Personally provide MHE Training Programs to staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Driving & MHE Instructor.
• Must be a Certified Driving & MHE Instructor.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Hail. The successful candidate will operate within a dynamic environment focused on operational safety and efficiency within Almarai's poultry division, contributing directly to the company's commitment to quality and safety.
