Role Overview: Senior Personnel Technician

Almarai is seeking a Senior Personnel Technician to join its team in Hail. This full-time position involves performing a wide variety of responsible personnel and administration tasks under the direction of the Regional Personnel Manager. The role is crucial for supporting the Payroll Function by processing and maintaining personnel-related documents, thereby ensuring timely and accurate pay to employees in compliance with established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a broad range of personnel and administration duties.
• Process and maintain all personnel-related documentation.
• Provide essential support to the Payroll Function.
• Ensure accurate and timely employee compensation.
• Adhere strictly to all established company policies and procedures in personnel operations.
