About the Role

Saudi Services For Electro Mechanic Works Co. (SSEM) is seeking a diligent and organized Storekeeper to join their team in the Hail Region, specifically in Hail. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop a career in inventory management within the electro-mechanic works sector. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and supplies, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and supplies, verifying their conformity with purchase orders and invoices.
• Record all received items in the approved inventory system and accurately maintain stock cards.
• Arrange and store materials in an orderly and safe manner to ensure easy and efficient access.
• Issue materials based on approved departmental requests, meticulously documenting all withdrawals.
• Monitor stock levels and proactively alert management when reordering is required.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile the results with existing records.
• Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to safety procedures within the warehouse.
• Prepare periodic reports on stock movements and any relevant warehouse-related observations.
• Coordinate with the Procurement and Finance Departments to ensure updated related data and documentation.
• Ensure that all stock records and documents are properly organized and easily accessible for review.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing inventory using an ERP system, including receiving, issuing, and reporting functions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for inventory management.
