Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and identify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies in hiring processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related.
• 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects.
