Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and identify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies in hiring processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related.
- 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects.
