Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and organizational development.
  • Strong skills in job analysis and the preparation of organizational reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
