المتطلبات الأساسية:
  • خبرة مثبتة في مجال الاستقطاب والتوظيف وإدارة ملفات الموظفين الجدد.
  • معرفة جيدة بأنظمة ولوائح الموارد البشرية المعتمدة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وتلبية متطلبات العمل في الوقت المناسب.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع الأشخاص من خلفيات متنوعة.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي ذات الصلة بمجال الموارد البشرية.

المتطلبات المفضلة:
  • شهادة جامعية في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.

Key Skills:
