As a key player in our Human Resources department, you will oversee the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract and select the best candidates to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels, including job portals and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews using reliable recruitment tools.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing them with thorough evaluations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Stay informed on labor legislation and recruitment trends.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics.
