About Batch Roastery

Batch Roastery is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position primarily based in Jeddah, with the company operating across Hafar Al Batin, Jeddah, and Makkah.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive engagement. This role involves overseeing various marketing initiatives to support the company's objectives and strengthen its market positioning within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, and online campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing performance as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in marketing management.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.

Work Location and Requirements

This full-time position requires the ability to work on-site in Jeddah. Candidates must be currently located within a commutable distance to Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia, to meet the in-person work requirements.
