The Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager II

Almarai is seeking a Regional Sales Manager II to oversee and manage van sales operations within an assigned sub-region in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time role focuses on achieving budgeted sales volume and profitability for Almarai products. The position requires a candidate with strong commercial awareness, direct van sales experience, and proven leadership capabilities to deliver results within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead van sales operations to meet sales, margin, and profitability targets.
• Establish sales targets and monitor performance across areas and routes.
• Maximize product distribution, availability, and market share.
• Drive new business opportunities while managing wastage, costs, and credit.
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Supervisors and sales teams.
• Monitor market and competitor activities and implement relevant sales initiatives.
• Plan manpower, sales vans, budgets, and operational resources effectively.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, health, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated experience in van sales operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Khamis Mushayt.
