About KBR, Inc. and the Helper Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Helper to join its team in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed to support essential plant construction and maintenance activities, operating under general supervision within a structured environment.

Role Purpose and Context

The Helper provides direct assistance to Maintenance Mechanics, performing a variety of tasks crucial for the successful execution of maintenance contracts. This role offers exposure to diverse operational settings, with potential assignments to either specific project sites or corporate building and facilities maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret instructions and documentation to effectively plan and execute work activities.
Move necessary materials and equipment to designated work locations and assist in setting up work sites.
Perform tasks associated with a specific trade as directed, contributing to the delivery of maintenance contracts.
Complete required records and ensure the proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
Execute various clean-up and housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Adhere strictly to all safety rules and procedures, including the consistent wearing of required personal safety equipment.
Undertake other duties and activities as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of support tasks within a maintenance or construction environment. A willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential.

Work Environment and Safety
