About the Sales Coordinator Internship

Abdullah Hashim Co. Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Sayhat. This role is offered as an internship through the Tamheer Program, providing a foundational experience for individuals eager to commence a career in sales within a professional automotive environment.

The Tamheer Program Experience

This internship is designed for motivated and detail-oriented candidates who are looking to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the sales field. Participants will work closely with our sales team, contributing to daily operations and learning key aspects of customer service and sales coordination. The program aims to foster growth and practical understanding of the industry.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily activities and customer follow-ups.
  • Coordinate test drives, vehicle deliveries, and customer appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and support the reporting of sales performance data.
  • Welcome and assist visitors and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirect queries appropriately, and take messages accurately.
  • Ensure the showroom reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Provide general information to customers regarding products, services, and showroom procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documents, forms, and internal correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and updating customer and vehicle records.
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments, including finance, marketing, and service, to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Support inventory checks and stock updates in collaboration with showroom and logistics teams.
  • Assist in organizing showroom events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure prompt and professional responses to all customer queries.
  • Support the resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience consistent with company standards and brand reputation.

Candidate Requirements

  • Eligibility for the Tamheer Program is mandatory.
  • Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience, demonstrating an eagerness to learn and contribute to a sales environment.

Work Setting and Location

This internship position is based at Abdullah Hashim Co. Ltd's facility in Sayhat. The role involves working within a dynamic showroom environment, interacting directly with customers and supporting various administrative and coordination tasks essential to sales operations.
