About the Role

BICC is seeking a Camp Boss to manage the daily operations of a workers' camp and accommodation. This full-time position is based in Turaif and requires an individual with strong organizational and supervisory skills to ensure the smooth functioning of camp facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for room allocation, occupancy, check-in/check-out, visitors, keys, and attendance.
• Coordinate arrangements for new worker arrivals, transfers, demobilization, and room assignments.
• Supervise housekeeping, cleaning, laundry services, waste disposal, and overall camp cleanliness.
• Coordinate meal services, kitchen operations, drinking water supply, and address food-related complaints.
• Monitor and report camp maintenance issues, including AC, plumbing, electrical, and furniture repairs, and follow up with maintenance teams.
• Manage camp inventory for bedding, furniture, appliances, keys, and other camp assets.
• Coordinate worker transportation and daily movement between the camp and the work site.
• Ensure camp discipline, safety, hygiene, fire safety, and compliance with company and client rules.
• Handle worker complaints and report serious issues to management.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on occupancy, maintenance, incidents, supplies, and general camp requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with HR, site supervisors, the transport team, catering staff, and client representatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in camp management or a similar supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations and coordinate various services within a camp environment.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 1,875 to SAR 3,750 per month.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based in Turaif, focusing on the operational management of worker accommodation and related services.
