About the Role

Edition is seeking a TSA/Captain, also known as a Guest Service Expert, to join our full-time team in Inak. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences. As a Guest Service Expert, you will play a central role in delivering a comprehensive range of services to ensure guests thoroughly enjoy their dining experience.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The core purpose of this position is to enhance the guest experience beyond standard service. The Guest Service Expert takes initiative to provide a wide array of services, ensuring each guest's meal is thoroughly enjoyable and contributes to a distinctive visit.

Physical Requirements

This role is active and hands-on, requiring the ability to perform various physical tasks. These include:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended durations.
• Navigating sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Handling menus, which involves reading and visually verifying information.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping motions.
