The Account Manager Role

Smartest Media is seeking an Account Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This role involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and agency standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with internal creative and technical teams.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and reports for clients.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion.
• Handle client communications and manage feedback processes efficiently.
• Support strategic planning for various digital initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements and foster collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Previous experience in a digital agency or marketing environment within the MENA region is preferred.
