About the Role

Genius HRTech Services - FZ - Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager Sales Loyalty Cards to join a prestigious Retail Conglomerate. This full-time position is based in Jeddah or Riyadh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on corporate/B2B sales for loyalty cards, partnerships, and gift card divisions. The role requires an Arabic-speaking professional with 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of sales and revenue targets across consumer, B2B, digital, and partner channels.
• Drive B2B growth by identifying and engaging corporate clients, aggregators, and distributors.
• Prepare proposals, offers, and presentations for corporate and partner clients.
• Track and maintain the sales pipeline, account activity, and performance dashboards.

Partnership Coordination

• Manage daily relationships with partners across all channels, with a focus on B2B and corporate clients.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new partners, ensuring timely completion of documentation and system setup.
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal departments on contracts, invoicing, and compliance.
• Monitor partner sales performance and provide regular feedback and improvement suggestions.

Marketing and Promotions Support

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement campaigns that enhance gift card awareness and sales across consumer and B2B channels.
• Support the execution of seasonal, tactical, and partner-specific promotions, both online and in-store.
• Track campaign effectiveness and share insights to improve future performance.

Program Operations

• Support the daily operations of the gift card program, including issuance, redemption, reporting, and reconciliations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, specifically within loyalty card, partnership, or gift card sales divisions. Fluency in Arabic is required for this role. The position is full-time and based in Jeddah or Riyadh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
