About the Role

Converge is seeking a Brand Manager on behalf of its client, a prominent company operating within the fast-paced FMCG sector. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah region, and involves leading brand development and execution across key product categories. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies.
Manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
Drive strong brand equity and market presence.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and trade marketing, to ensure alignment between brand plans and commercial execution.
Analyze consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
Track market performance and identify areas for growth.
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and overall growth.

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of professional experience in brand management.
Mandatory experience within the FMCG sector.
Proven background in brand management and marketing execution.
Demonstrated experience in driving brand growth and managing integrated campaigns.

Essential Skills

Strong understanding of consumer insights and market dynamics.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with sales and trade marketing teams.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
