The Team Leader Role

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader to join its operations in Makkah or Rabigh. This full-time position involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team focused on the intake and processing of poultry. The role is critical in ensuring that specified poultry products meet internal customer requirements while adhering to strict performance parameters and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a self-directing, multi-functional team.
• Oversee the efficient intake of poultry.
• Ensure the processing of specified poultry products.
• Meet internal customer requirements regarding product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain management performance parameters, including operational efficiency and minimizing loss-in-process.
• Achieve zero non-conformance by precisely targeting product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Team Leader position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role is suitable for individuals ready to take on leadership responsibilities within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Work Location and Type
