Role Overview: Team Manager (Poultry)

The Team Manager (Poultry) is responsible for leading a self-directing, multi-functional team. This role focuses on the efficient intake of poultry and the subsequent processing of specified poultry products. The objective is to consistently meet internal customer requirements while adhering to established management performance parameters, including efficiency targets and non-conformance reduction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team involved in poultry intake and processing.
