This full-time Team Leader position is based in Makkah and Rabigh.

Role Overview

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a self-directing, multi-functional team. The primary objective is to ensure the efficient intake of poultry and the processing of specified poultry products. This role focuses on meeting internal customer requirements while adhering to management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process, and achieving zero non-conformance through precise product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-functional team in poultry intake and processing operations.
• Ensure adherence to product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Finalize and implement daily production plans in collaboration with the Production Management team, covering production and maintenance activities.
• Conduct Internal Quality and HACCP Audits.
• Propose and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance departmental service levels.
• Develop systems, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and contribute to plant commissioning.
• Conduct Safety and Risk Assessments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Poultry Processing, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a poultry food environment.
• Demonstrated experience of 4 years in a similar position within a poultry or food environment.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
