The Client Services Executive Role

Sahm is seeking a Client Services Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is a key link between clients and internal departments, responsible for ensuring that client requirements are effectively communicated and executed. The position is full-time and based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Monitor service performance and follow up on client feedback.
Track and resolve client concerns and operational issues.
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-up communications.
Ensure all client commitments and service level agreements are achieved.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and action plans.

Candidate Profile

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a client services or account management role.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and coordinate service delivery effectively.
A proactive and customer-focused approach to client management.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires coverage and client engagement in cities including Jeddah and Makkah.
