Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Commi Chef to join its culinary team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Follow and implement instructions provided by the Sous Chef and senior kitchen team.
• Assist in the planning, preparation, and production of food items in accordance with Plaza Premium Group standards.
• Ensure food presentation, production, and portion control comply with company guidelines.
• Support daily kitchen operations, including stock control of food and beverage items, to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness within the kitchen environment.
• Contribute to teamwork and support the development and improvement of quality management systems.
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a culinary or kitchen role.
• Willingness to work shift duties as required by operational demands.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based at airport locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires flexibility to accommodate various shift schedules to support continuous service operations.
