About the Role

Hisham Albloshi Holding Group is seeking a Commis Chef to join our culinary team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Role Overview

The Commis Chef will play a foundational role in the kitchen, supporting senior chefs and contributing to the daily food preparation and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for those passionate about cooking and eager to develop their skills within a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with various aspects of food preparation and ingredient setup.
Adhere strictly to established recipes and quality standards for all dishes.
Provide support in the preparation of desserts and pastries; experience in this area is preferred.
Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
Collaborate effectively with the wider kitchen team to ensure seamless daily operations and service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Assistant Chef is required.
Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in a culinary role.
Prior experience in dessert or pastry preparation is preferred.
